Our commercial strucure splits our fees into two elements, Engagement Fees and the Success Fees

Engagement Fees
Engagement Fees cover the base, day-to-day activity from the team and are charged on a monthly basis. The Engagement Fee is built upon two elements; the first is a significantly reduced equivalent daily rate, to provide 'skin in the game', and the second is the available capacity, based upon a number of days activity per month.

Success Fees
The Success Fees are paid upon achieving the agreed results and outcomes. The Success Fees are usually based upon the achievement of key milestones, usually either a percentage of revenue that is driven from an agreed plan, or based upon an uplift in company value.
