Commercial Model

The Eventus DIGITAL commercial structure is designed to show our commitment to working together, and to the achievement of results.

We split our fees into two elements, the Engagement Fees and the Success Fees.

Engagement Fees

Engagement Fees cover the base, day-to-day activity from the team and is charged on a monthly basis. The Engagement Fee is built based upon two elements; the first is a significantly reduced daily rate, to provide 'skin in the game', and the second is the available capacity, based upon a number of days per month.

Success Fees

The Success Fees are paid upon achieving the agreed results and outcomes. The Success Fees are usually based upon the achievement of key milestones, or as a percentage of revenue that is driven from the agreed plan, or based upon an uplift in company value.
